- Orders placed by 1pm CST, Monday-Friday, will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm CST or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.
- Tracking Information will automatically be emailed onces the shipping label has been created
- Transit times vary based on distance from our location in Houston, Tx, with most locations being between 1 and 4 days transit.
- International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon delivery.
- Your order will be shipped with either FedEx or USPS unless otherwise specified.
- Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will ship via USPS.
- Patriot Coolers accepts no responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses or undeliverable packages due to an invalid address provided by the customer.
