How long will the PATRIOT Tumbler keep liquids cold?
The PATRIOT Tumbler will retain ice for up to 24 hours and keep liquids cold for up to 48 hours.

Can I use Dry-ice in my Patriot Cooler?
Yes, our roto-molded coolers are dry-ice compatible.

How do I customize my PATRIOT product?

Where are PATRIOT products manufactured?
PATRIOT products are currently responsibly manufactured in China to keep costs low and quality high. We continue to look for domestic manufacturers and hope to have USA made options in the near future.

What is the Proposition 65 and how does it relate to PATRIOT?

We recommend hand-washing all PATRIOT products to preserve their insulation.

Are PATRIOT lids dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing our lids to preserve their air tight lock with your drinkware.

How do I clean my PATRIOT drinkware?
Hand-wash your tumbler and lid with hot, soapy water.

How do I clean my PATRIOT coolers?
In most cases, dish soap & warm water will keep your cooler clean. To remove odors & stubborn stains, use a combination of bleach & warm water.


What method of payments does PATRIOT accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Will I be charged sales tax?
PATRIOT charges sales tax for orders that are shipped to certain states. If applicable, Sales Tax will be added to your shopping cart.

Which customization options does Patriot Coolers offer?

Do I need to pay for shipping?
Orders over $50 will qualify for FREE shipping to a US destination.

Does PATRIOT ship to PO Boxes?
PATRIOT ships via USPS Priority Mail & FedEx Ground within the continental U.S. & Alaska. FedEx Ground does not currently deliver to PO Boxes, so we require a physical “ship to” address when placing an order.

Does PATRIOT ship internationally?
Not at this time. Currently Patriot Coolers only ship to a US address.

What if I want to return an item?
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Patriot product purchased on, simply return it. We offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee on all brand new, unused products, in addition to a warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship, which varies depending on the product(s) you purchased. If did not purchase your Patriot products from our website, please contact the authorized Patriot Coolers retailer you purchased from and follow their policy on returns.

How do I exchange an item?
If your product was purchase from the Patriot website within the last 30 days, and is still brand new and unused, please go to our Shipping & Returns page to login and complete the process for your exchange.
